Terms & condions of hire
1. Hire charges start when vehicle leaves base in Chichester and finish when vehicle returns to base in Chichester. Rates are dependent on time of day & vehicle requirements.

2. Daily rates include 250 miles of travel. Extra mileage incurred will be charged at £1.20 + VAT per mile for Chrysler & Mercedes MPV bookings, £1.60 + VAT per mile for Mercedes S-Class bookings.

3. Our chauffeurs will use the route considered to be the best and most convenient for motoring, the route may therefore not be the shortest possible distance.

4. We will not be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. prevailing traffic conditions, mechanical breakdown or accident, flight delays.

5. All bookings must be pre-paid by debit card, credit card or cheque. Account customers - payment terms strictly 30 days net of invoice.
